The area of operation of society shall be at All Over India Level.

Aims and Objects

The aims and objects for which the society is established are as under:

To provide information and education about Human Rights among masses as per the Constitution of India. Being the world's largest sovereign, secular, democratic republic our nation provides for Fundamental rights, which include freedom of religion. Clauses also provide for freedom of speech, as well as separation of executive and judiciary and freedom of movement within the country and abroad.
To prevent Human Rights violations and to safeguard the Fundamental Rights of every citizens of India.
Enhance people’s participation for the community mobilization and advancement of the social development.
To promote and advocate Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom for all without any discrimination of race, religion, caste, color, sex and language.
To bring diplomatic and commercial pressures on regimes those violate human rights, to ensure that they respect the basic rights of their citizens.
To study and prepare reports on the violation of human rights by the State and its agencies - the police and criminal justice system inconsistent with human rights norms.
To provide legal aid and advice for the indigent and weaker sections of the society.
To work in close cooperation with National Human Rights Commission and other Statutory Commissions on Women, Minorities, SC and ST and Linguistic Minorities, NGOs and Media Organisations for promoting Human Rights Education.
Try to stop and eradicate Child Labour, Bonded Labour, Organized Crimes, Prostitution, Human trafficking, Crimes against Women and Children including domestic violence and harassment at work place, and any kind of exploitation, inhumane activities, terrorism and anti-national activities, corruption and violation of Human Rights in any form.
To aid and support deserving and / or socially or physically handicapped individuals, blind or deaf and dumb children and others where-ever and whenever necessary, training/ financially or otherwise. Special schools for handicapped children & school for person with cerebral palsy & mental retardation. Distribution/ Purchase/ Fitting of Aids/ Appliance.
To undertake study and research on all matters pertaining to overall development & welfare of children & women in all sectors of our society.
To contribute and help Nation in attaining full Literacy by running pilot projects, workshops, centers across nation. To impart function Literacy among 15-35 age group with special emphasis on state like Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, West Bengal and Arunachal Pradesh etc.
To provide the best education available in some of the best schools of the Nation, Emphasis would be on character building, self-discipline and the development of the creative and social facilities: The Society aims at producing well informed and well assured young people just the kind of Citizen that our country needs.
To provide vocational educational at its own or in association with other agencies/institutions in the welfare of the students by introducing some special beneficial schemes for the rural candidates, schedule caste, schedule tribes and other backward classes.
To establish, maintain, administer education institution for imparting general, technical, medical, scientific mechanical, social, art, commercial and any other kind of education for the youth irrespective of cast, creed and gender.
To provide facilities of education to the children/women of all communities irrespective of their race, religions, cast or creed in general and to prepare them to become mature and responsible citizens of the country through the all-round physical, intellectual, academic, mental and spiritual development based on values derived from the life.
To conduct and aid education, technical experiments, research works and to disseminate knowledge and to confer awards, scholarships, prizes etc.
To take up Child healthcare issues as a major priority along with Child Development & Education. And aspire to take every possible step to fight with Infant Mortality, Child Abuse, Child Labour & Trafficking in our country.
To provide free meals, clothes, medicines, and other needy things to the poor and needy children of widows etc.
To organize/construct shelter home for homeless/helpless children.
To provide free subsidies or free education to the poor, helpless and needy children/students.
To establish, and to the develop such out of school activity centres for the children of the under-privilege class/section of society where they could have the benefits and joy of participating in sports, games artistic activities, like clay and wood work, music, dance, painting and also organize educational trips.
To provide facilities of education to the children of all communities irrespective of their race, religions, cast or creed in general and to prepare them to become mature and responsible citizens of the country through the all-round physical intellectual, academic, mental and spiritual development based on values derived from the life.
To start establishing, run, take over, operate, or manage and maintain schools, with an object of Primary, Senior secondary, and higher education to children by seeking recognition and affiliation from the education departments and concerned Government authorities.
To empower women to live with dignity and contributing as equal partners in development in an environment free from violence and discrimination.
To encourage women’s literacy.
To organize community outreach programmes for youth and women.
To empower tribal women and community through livelihood programme.
To Promote social and economic empowerment of women through cross-cutting policies and programmes, mainstreaming gender concerns, creating awareness about their rights and facilitating institutional and legislative support for enabling them to realize their human rights and develop to their full potential.
To undertake welfare activities and awareness program on Women’s/Child Health & Nutrition, equality, development, violence against women’s, rural and tribal empowerments etc.
To promote self Defense among the women to overcome anti-social elements of the society. To fight against issues of Female feticide in India, Child sexual abuse, Dowry system, Alcohol abuse, Love marriages and Honor killings, Violence Rape.
To empower women with education, skill Development, self-employment, health awareness, artistic development through various programmes, events, women welfare centers, schools, institutions etc. throughout the country.
To work for rural development through activities:
To undertake research and development activities of technology in rural area for increasing Agricultural production, creating employment, eradicating poverty and bringing overall improvement in rural economy.
To Promote Comprehensive Assessment of Water Management in Agriculture by managing rainwater and soil moisture more effectively and using supplemental and small-scale irrigation that held the key to helping the greatest number of poor people. There is a correlation between poverty, hunger and water. It called for a new era of water investments and policies for upgrading RAINFED AGRICULTURE that would go beyond controlling field-level soil and water to bring new freshwater sources through better local management of rainfall and runoff.
To establish and manage various kinds of Agricultural Research and farming Institutions to introduce and develop the professional courses and also to arrange/provide all kinds of educational facilities to the students, scholars, trainees and to other needy farmers or candidates.
To collaborate with farmers in forming or setting up of self-sustainable economic model across the nation for the benefit of farmers as per the law of the Land.
To open, found, establish, promote, setup, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and / or aid dwelling units for senior citizens, old age homes, health clubs/centers & community or spiritual centers for elderly and engage with them in a manner in which Society can utilize their experience & knowledge of life for the benefit of Society & society at large and at the same time providing them all the comfort & compassion which each one of them deserve.
To eradicate senior citizens, abuse of any kind by spreading awareness among masses and to educate elderly people about “Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens ACT “especially in urban India to empower them with sense of security.
To make Art & Culture inclusive in each & every step that this society will take as to realize & attain the Self Actualization of an Individual/Family/Society and Nation as a whole.
To promote fine art, crafts among the public including establishment and maintenance of Shilpa Shikshalayas, Kala Kendras (relating to music, dance & modelling) etc. across nation.
To emphasis on Music through creative involvement, pursuit of excellence in development of personality.
To develop musical sensitivity and the critical and imaginative faculties.
To encourage social awareness and an understanding of the artistic views of others through musical activities.
To advance the musical skills and concepts acquired at the Primary level so that all pupils, including the very talented and those with special needs, can engage in worthwhile musical activities enjoyably and profitably.
To facilitate the development of performing skills at an appropriate level by providing opportunity for the regular practice of vocal and/or instrumental music.
To develop aural perception in its broadest sense and to foster an awareness and an appreciation of the MUSIC of the past and of the present, and of its role in our own as well as other environments.
To provide sufficient musical experience and factual information to enable the students to develop and practice listening and composing skills with greater understanding and interest and to support performing skills with a more informed awareness of the related and necessary underlying facts.
To Promote Handy craft & Text tile through Marketing [Gandhi Shilp Bazaars, Craft Bazaars, Digital Platforms, Exhibitions, Sourcing Show], Design [Design Workshops, Integrated Design Projects, Product Development for Export and Documentation, Preservation and Revival of rare and Languishing Craft], HRD [Innovative Programmes, Guru Shishya Parampara and Training through established institutions], Cluster [AHVY projects], Capital projects like emporiums, museums, design banks, CFCs, raw material banks, testing laboratories, SIDCs, Craft based Resource Centre, Facility Centre for Exporters/Entrepreneurs and Research & Development.
To publish books, charts, illustrations, journals, magazine, periodicals, newspapers and other publications on different subjects of ARTS & Literature in different languages.
To prepare the awareness generating kits like posters, banners, audio video cassettes/CDs, nukkad natak, puppet shows skits, documentaries, TV Serials/Programmes, movies for promotion of ART & CULTURE of our country.
To preserve our rich cultural heritage by constructing Temples based on ancient Vastukala & also by celebrating festivals/rituals/dance festivals or events from time to time of various communities/sects/religion etc.
To Promote Ayurveda and other ancient system of medicine namely Unani, Naturopathy etc. in the country by setting up various research centre, Vaidyashalas, hospitals etc.
To provide financial assistance/ scholarships to Researchers/Scholars for their contribution as well as to help them conduct their research work further in their respective field of Medicines.
To run, establish various Institutes, Collages, University of repute in the field of Ayurvedic research & education, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani, and Homeopathy etc. To open & promote Herbal Parks, cultivation of medicinal plants in agriculture, organic farming, preservation of endangered species of herbs, plants & trees across nation.
To undertake research and development activities in the field of Biotechnology for increasing Agricultural and Industrial production, Medicine, solving Environmental issues etc.
To educate & spread awareness about all Civic Issues present in the society with special emphasis on Urban Civic Issues among masses. And to push the system with the help of collaboration among general public & assigned authorities so as to better all Civic Amenities for a healthy & safe lifestyle in the community.
To work towards "Cow protection" and "Cow slaughter" in the country and Establish various Gau-Vigyan Anusandhan Kendra. Encourage establishment or manufacturing units for various product of Cow.
To provide research aid to competent persons, institutions and organization by establishing diagnostic /clinical centers and hospitals at various places in India based on GAU CHIKITSA.
To run various programmes for Nature Conservation, Conservation of Historical Monuments/Places/art forms etc. across India.
To promote conservation movement including fisheries and wildlife management, water, soil conservation and sustainable forestry.
To emphasis on use of sustainable yield of natural resources and preservation of wilderness areas to include preservation of biodiversity by opening up various natural habitat centers for endangered species of animals or trees/plants etc. across India.
To Uplift Dalit community specially in interior parts of our country by creating an environment in which there is sense of belongingness among Dalits, so that each of them respect their own identity as human beings, equally equipped with physical and mental capacities as other human beings, and equally entitled to enjoy all the human rights “without any infringement, abridgement or limitations.”
To work towards eradicating poverty, promoting right, justice, equity and welfare of women, children, rural poor, Dalits, Adivasies and other marginalized groups.
To work towards bringing, changing and implementing polices and legislations to protect and promote the rights and entitlements of the people.
To open community cum cultural centers for Dalits based on their cultural fit as to preserve the authentic culture of their community & used it to their benefit and society at large which is rich in diversity because of beauty of the culture that they represent.
To ensure Differently Abled gets equal freedom, justice and dignity as per the Constitution. Also, Society will make every effort to ensure equal opportunities for persons with disabilities and their full participation in nation-building.
To create a task force among masses & make them future ready for any unwanted Disaster. To create teams within masses based on their expertise in areas such as, planning, infrastructure management, communications, meteorology and natural sciences.
To address Environmental issues such as Air pollution, Water pollution and Garbage of our country. To educate people about effect of polluted environment on our health and longtime livelihood. To create task forces/groups among masses in the community to train & spread awareness among society about these environmental issues.
To preserve Forests & Forest Industry with emphasis on ways of controlling Deforestation across nation by collaborating with Locals and villagers.
To contribute to Forest Industry by providing assistance to rural masses in terms of training, financing, marketing tools and digital platforms for their product so that they in turn gets a boost for preserving our precious forest life.
To promote Food Processing Industry in our country so that rural economy grows exponentially thus benefiting farmers & villagers.
To educate Entrepreneurs, Farmers, Students through workshops, seminars, Training Institutes about food safety and quality assurance mechanisms such as Total Quality Management (TQM) including ISO 9000, ISO 22000, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygienic Practices (GHP). It would enable adherence to stringent quality and hygiene norms and thereby protect consumer health, prepare the industry to face global competition, enhance product acceptance by overseas buyers and keep the industry technologically abreast of international best practices.
To promote family planning and Health awareness to improve life style, medical care and other social values for batter care of citizen of India particularly in rural area. To spread education – cum motivational efforts with quality family planning, mother and child health services across nation.
To initiate, promote and implement research, advocacy capacity building and any others related activity, so as to strengthen the public healthcare system.
To work towards promoting and enhancing the credibility and integrity of the institutions of public health.
To undertake welfare activities and awareness program on Child / women’s Health & Nutrition.
To spread Family Planning information, counseling and services to women for healthy reproduction through various programmes.
To educate women about safe delivery and post-delivery of the mother and the baby and the treatment of women before pregnancy.
To provide Health care for infant’s immunization against preventable diseases by setting up various health care centers across nation.
To spread awareness about Prevention and treatment of sexually and Reproductive Tract infection.
To arrange and organize Camps for eye, blood donation, routine health checkups, Diabetes, Obesity and for various other diseases across nation.
To provide information and education, useful knowledge and the medical advice to general public about the dangerous deceases of HIV/AIDS, etc. through holding awareness camps and lectures by expert teams of doctors & professionals.
To open centers, institutes for diagnostic curative and research of HIV/AIDS and other related diseases.
To use/promote Information & Communication Technology (ICT) towards social, economic, and political development, with a particular emphasis on helping poor and marginalized people and communities.
To use Information & Communication Technology (ICT) as a tool to clear the digital divide and providing equitable access to technologies and to promote "digital development" across national boundaries.
To run various employment oriented programmes, activities, schemes, recruitment services, online services, grievance cells, etc. for maintaining economic development, social justice, industrial harmony and welfare of Labour & Employment in the country.
To empower individuals/groups/general public regarding issues involving the law and to promote consciousness of legal culture, participation in the formation of laws and the rule of law as per the Constitution of our Nation. And to provide legal aid, social economic help and assistance to the needy people.
To collect information, notices, notifications, polices from the government, semi government, national, international agencies and NGOs and also provide the same to the members of the society and the general public.
To conduct research and development, intellectual property protection, and international cooperation, promotion, and coordination in renewable energy sources such as wind power, small hydro, biogas, and solar power. The Society’s aim is to develop and deploy new and renewable energy for supplementing the energy requirements of India.
To aspire for converting the nation into Malnutrition free country through running community care centers specializing in providing nutritional based diet in deserving backward social economical zones of our country.
To fight with major nutritional problems of underweight, protein energy malnutrition (PEM), vitamin A deficiency (VAD), iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and iodine deficiency disorders (IDD), among Infants, children, women and pregnant women with emphasis on rural areas & low social economic zones.
To fight with Obesity (over-nutrition) which has severe consequences and causes several non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancers and chronic respiratory diseases specially in urban areas having rates as high as 40% by running health care center/Gym/sports club/Yoga centers etc.
To advocate & support Panchayati Raj system across rural India and to act as reactants by propagating knowledge & education among common villagers to aspire every village to become Swaraj Gram in true sense.
To address Prisoner's Issues by identifying their problems and advocating their Rights through right channels.
To help Prisoner’s lead normal healthy life by running vocation courses/training programmes/art & craft workshops/musical workshops/motivational speeches/spiritual discourse from time to time.
To ensure effective implementation of Right to Information & Advocacy in the country.
To educate every citizen about Right to Information & Advocacy so that they can become empowered by acquiring a weapon to hold the government accountable, participate in governance and exercise their rights and become a responsible citizen.
To work for Rural Development & Poverty Alleviation by way of initiating various programmes, workshops, training centers which impact social transformation involving structural changes, educational development, growth in awareness, and change in out-look, motivation and attitudes.
To promote household enterprises, rural arts & crafts to help rural economy become more self-sustained and financially independent.
To promote Science & Technology by setting up various research and development centers across India. Also grant scholarships/financial aids to students, technicians, scholars and scientists for their contribution in the field of Science & Technology.
To publish Scientific Research papers/Journals/books etc. of upcoming researchers & scientists by providing them all the helps needed for the spreading of light of knowledge in the society.
To use TV/Cinema as a tool to advertise, promote and spread curiosity among children and youth for Science & Technology by making or producing documentaries, science programmes, serials or films based on Science fictions.
To promote research and development activities in areas such as aerospace engineering, structural engineering, ocean sciences, life sciences, metallurgy, chemicals, mining, medicine, food, petroleum, leather, and environmental science as to create an enabling environment for development and utilization of new innovations.
To invigorate industrial research in the country through industry and institution centric motivational measures and Incentives to enhance innovations through its resources and channelize benefits thereof to the people.
To spread the message of Spiritual Harmony among masses with bias towards the impact of any spiritual practice without any discrimination of its origin, sect, religion or theory.
To promote Indian spiritual thought/practices in its every form across globe with collaboration with Masters/Gurus/Spiritual Thinkers/Renowned Practioners /Spiritual society or society etc. for the benefit of mankind.
To run, establish various spiritual centers/workshops/shivirs across nation that promotes spirituality on its own or with collaboration with other spiritual entity/organizations.
To collaborate with different communities, Religion & paths to help Mankind attain the Salvation/Spiritual Happiness/Ananda that it seeks from any socially acceptable practices in all its present forms.
To preserve and re-establish/research and promote different Ancient Spiritual Practices, theory or techniques irrespective of its origin, religion etc. for the benefit of Mankind by establishing various research centers/Sadhna Kendra or Yog Kendra across nation as per Law of Governing body.
To redefine the sports aspiration of the country by promoting sports in day to day life of masses by opening up various sports clubs/centers across country. To spread awareness among masses about sports and its benefits & use in life through various public discourse by eminent Sports Persons & scholars.
To encourage games, yoga sports, judo, hockey, football, cricket and other national and international games/sports for improvement of health amongst the young and children on the whole and organizes tournaments, yoga and sports competitions on block, district, state & national levels.
To promote all types of Tourism including new forms of tourism such as rural, cruise, medical and eco-tourism etc. with emphasis on rural tourism.
To develop tourism with dignity, respect and nurture local cultures so that they enrich the tourism experience and build pride and confidence among local communities.
To minimize negative social, economic and environmental impacts of mass tourism and promote tourism which is sustainable.
To foster the development of community-based tourism products by providing marketing, training, financial and mentoring support.
To preserve and enhance local culture, art, handicrafts, monuments and other natural and man-made tourist resources and protect them from over-commercialization and over-exploitation.
To promote and ensure the respect and dignity of people in tourism, marketing and promotion of tourism.
To support all subjects related to Tribal Affairs and to cover all tribal people and all areas with tribal population across the country.
To run various programmes/schemes to promote social security and social insurance to the Scheduled Tribes. To work in all Tribal Welfare: Planning, project formulation, research, evaluation, statistics and training.
To ensure the Implementation of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955 and the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, excluding administration of criminal justice in regard to offences in so far as they relate to Scheduled Tribes across the country.
To undertake welfare activities for socially backwards, Tribal for promotion of their moral, social, educational and physical improvement in India. To assist Govt./Non-Govt. originations to arrange medical / food facilities in backward /tribal area.
To undertake Research work on herbal plantation, cultivation, marketing, processing, its medicinal application in rural/tribal to uplift poor population, farmer in India.
To run various employments programmes/schemes/ services for eradicating urban poverty, housing, and un-employment.
To setup, open & finance various skill centers for needy in urban areas.
To form community-based groups in urban areas helping them in setting up various small household enterprises as to achieve financial freedom and stability.
To form or collaborate with various housing groups to fulfill housing needs for underprivileged and poor in urban areas.
To provide vocational educational at its own or in association with other agencies/institutions in the welfare of the students/women/general public by introducing some special beneficial schemes for the rural candidates, schedule caste schedule tribes and other backward classes.
To work on optimal sustainable development, maintenance of quality and efficient use of water resources to match with the growing demands on this precious natural resource of the country.
To educate people about different ways of preserving of Water Resources in the country & encourage them to take up methods to preserve rain water by providing them with necessary training.
To address Youth Affairs and promote Education, Employment & Training, Sports, Health and Family Welfare among Youth thus function as a facilitator for youth building.
To open/setup various Youth Forums across nation as to address Youth issues like career enhancement, un-employment, HIV/AIDS, STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases), alcoholism and drug abuse etc.
To help street child and provide food & clothes them.
To collect old clothes and distribute to needy.
To provide food all the needy.
To do such any other things/acts/activities/programmes/ which are necessary, and which may be incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the objects of the society.
All the incomes, earnings, movable/or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of the society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the society or to any ' person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.
